Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
We ship our products from Germany both within Germany and internationally to many countries.
Shipping is usually handled by DHL, but we reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary.
Processing time is 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options
Germany
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Delivery time: approx. 2–4 business days
Europe (Zones 1–3, EU & rest of Europe)
- Standard shipping according to DHL rates (see table below)
- Free shipping for orders over €250
- Delivery time: approx. 3–7 business days
Worldwide (Zones 5–7)
- Shipping according to DHL rates (see table below)
- Delivery time: approx. 7–14 business days

4. Delivery Times
- Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
- Europe (EU & rest of Europe): approx. 3–7 business days
- International (outside Europe): approx. 7–14 business days
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We generally ship worldwide to the zones listed above.
Certain countries may be excluded due to political or logistical restrictions. If your order cannot be delivered, we will inform you promptly.
6. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email that allows you to check the status of your order at any time.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
- Damaged items: Please send us photos of the damaged goods and packaging to info@royaluxe.de so that we can find a solution.
- Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after more than 14 days (Germany) or 30 days (international), please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
8. Returns & Complaints
- Returns are possible within 14 days.
- Please contact us in advance at info@royaluxe.de to register your return.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
